OSCARS 2023: Barry Keoghan gets my vote for Best Supporting Actor because of this scene. Broke my heart how he carried this scene. He's so cute and adorable and so brave. Rejection really hurts but I think Kerry Condon's character is just way above his level. When I saw this scene, I knew he was going to be nominated. Watching Oscar-winning movies since 1981 makes it easy to spot their favorites LOL There's a certain template that they love.
I could not stand this movie though. Its humor is too dark for me but I would love to visit this part of Ireland in the future, if God wills it. I have taken down the name of the island and the town. Parang anlamig dito LOL
